In our version, we substitute refined wheat flour for oats. In this way, together with egg whites, we promote protein consumption. We recommend that you use 85% cocoa and dark chocolate.
Oatmeal and Chocolate Fitness Cake Recipe
- 50 gr oat flour
- 170 gr egg whites
- 1 egg
- cocoa powder
- 1/2 about yeast
- Chocolate chips
We mount the egg whites until stiff. Add the egg and beat until everything is combined. On the other hand, we mix the flour, cocoa and yeast to integrate them little by little with the whites, stirring slowly with a rod.
Once everything is integrated, add it to the mold and place the chocolate chips. You can also put nuts in it!
Preheat the oven to 200º, put the cake in for about 16 minutes, prick with a knife and if it comes out clean... Your oatmeal and chocolate fitness cake
will be ready.
