And to warm up Elisa proposes a quick and easy salad to prepare that will provide us with Energy, Protein and Fiber.
Chicken and Apple Salad
- 1 skimmed natural yogurt 125gr.
- 2 tablespoons of canned herbed corn 40 gr.
- 100 gr. of raw chicken breast.
- 1 medium apple with raw skin 180gr.
- 1 garnish of raw lettuce 35gr.
- Cook the chicken breast and use it temperate.
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Consume them after 2 hours.
