Jumping rope is not just a practice for female boxers, nor is it just a game for girls... It may seem like a lie, but the simple act of jumping rope can have fantastic benefits for you and your health.
Advantages of jumping rope:
- Jumping rope is an easy activity to do anywhere, you just need a flat surface and some space so that the rope does not collide with anything or anyone
- It is a very cheap activity: jump ropes are cheap and you don't need a sports facility to use it, you can do it at home ;)
